Particularly nice views in a particularly good and unbeatable location to the shops in Burke Street. Adjacent to tram station, festival hall and Queen Vic markets. Recently refurbished rooms, exceptionally nice and accommodating team who provided great service. Comfy bed, a lounge area and a balcony.

All in all everything was good, had a decent stay for a business trip. We had a separate bedroom. There was kitchenette.

It had a microwave and sink - very handy. Was close to Queen Victoria Markets. Also close to tasty Asian restaurants - fresh food, tasty, good prices.
Bed wasn't overly comfortable but ok.

The security of the apartments.
You had only one good staff. The others were not helpful and rude.

Kitchenette - Have proper sets of glasses and plates, no fry pan, one dining chair is insufficient.

I love staying here! The staff helped me with a late departure on my first visit, and it felt great. It has everything I need: a restaurant, lift, microwave, and air conditioning. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The view was good from our window, good natural light and all rooms have a balcony, some bigger than others, depending on the room you book. The room was very clean and tidy, and peaceful, even at night. There is a safe in all rooms, which is great, and the security for the building is fantastic too, with a swipe card to enter the building and lift. The road is off the main Elizabeth St, so is a lot quieter, which was great. The facilities were very good as it was an appartment, so had microwave, toaster, crockery etc. Ensuite was great too. Bed comfy. Handy to lots of things, and Melbourne Central train stn is just a short stroll away, and trams at end of street, a 2 min. Walk! Loads of shops to go shopping. Would stay there again definately. Great value.
The air con did not warm up. But the book there explains about it, and how it can take 30 mins. To get to correct temp, so may not of operated it properly? It did not matter, as we went out for dinner anyway, and straight into bed after we got back. Also the tv pic was cutting out a bit on some channels, but that did not bother us, as we only stayed for one night.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. the location was super convenient, close to tram stops and within walking distance to many attractions. the room itself was comfortable, with great facilities that actually worked. I really appreciated the clean sheets and fluffy towels provided.
While my stay was mostly positive, there were a couple of things that could be improved. the kitchen facilities were a bit lacking, making it difficult to cook dinner.

The easy access (eg not having to drop keys at reception when going out). The location is top notch - a block to Queen Vic Markets in one direction and a block in the other gets you to the cafes in Melbourne Central. A further couple of minutes walk gets you right into the centre of town. Convenient tram stop at the corner as well, so easy to go everywhere.
